JameSemajj
you will have an absolutely amazing time, most of the weekend i walk around alone anyway and do my own thing, speak to loads of people, make new friends.. the last thing i do at glastonbury is spend time with my mates who i see every frigging day! in the evenings i just walk around and go to random camps and talk to people..! FunkyDenz
Def come on your own. EFestivals have a good online community who you can hang with all weekend.

tommyroxx
The fact you said 'should I go and have a good time' is nice and positive. You know the answer.
LusciousLucy
seems to be full of the recently dumped/split up...plenty of solo flyers there and we are even having a Singles Meet tagging onto the Gay Meet on Thursday if you want to come along (not saying you are ready for anything of the sort but partying at the disco should take your mind off things!) Lots of other meets if you decide not to camp at the Triangle too...see pinned thread at top of page. Good luck and I hope you make the right decision. Admittedly doing Glasto when you thought you were going to be with someone close can be v difficult but seriously, once you arrive and you look around at where YOU are, you will know you made the right decision. Arronbury
I got dumped as I went to Glasto the 1st time and it was great. 2nd year I got dumped on Saturday morning during Lady Black Mambazo(??? 2000) and by Reef later that afternoon I had already forgotten my new Ex. 2001 I was safe as no festival. 2002... Got dumped minutes before my final A-level then off to Glasto on my own and it was probably the best and wildest year I had. I am pleased to say though that the curse lifted that year. 3 years in a row was a bit weird. But then this is the first time since 2002 that my girlfriend has come with me so maybe she'll see the real me and join the club of "Arron Haters". Mate you will have the greatest weekend ever. If it is possible... I think that your current situation could make Glasto even better for you.

gracious
I would go to the big meet up at Brothers and hang out with randoms. I made a really good friend at Glastonbury from meeting from this message board in 2003, we have been to Glastonbury together ever since.
