where will the box office be situated to collect tickets?

If you are getting a bus there eg. Happy Bus. The box office is at the entrance to the site, just to the left of the queue to get in.

This is the case from last year , may be diferent this year but i'm sure it will be easilly found and open when people are going in.

No probs. I think you will enter from the other side then but it's not like they hide the ticket office or anything so again, don't worry.

Cheers,any idea of the opening times? from what i read elsewhere the box office is gonna be mobbed with ppl who havent recieved their tickets in the post

Last year a couple of my pals had to go to the box office and it wasn't too busy. Just takes a while when you are getting served. Only thing I can suggest is you get there early! I'm sure they are open when people are going in so I think it opens at 10am on the Friday.
