Realistically what’s the last date See will send out tickets?

In all honestly I think See Tickets booking system is a total joke. I bought my ticket in the pre-sale, and two of my friends bought there’s separately, but to be delivered to my house. One bought his in early April and one at the end of May.

I received my ticket and the one bought at the end of May no problem. However the friend’s who bought his in April still hasn’t turned up yet and is still showing “Tickets are in stock and will be dispatched shortly”

If there system worked efficiently, it could have seen 3 tickets for the same address, we may as well batch process these together, even saving on postage. In all honestly I’m not surprised this didn’t happen, however how the one ordered in May managed to jump in-front of the one bought in April just shows how flawed there system is.

I know they have a cutoff date where they pretty much just tell people to come along on the Wednesday and pick up the tickets. I’m wondering when this cutoff is?

Looks to me like there’s a good chance we will be queuing up for his ticket on the day along with one of our groups car parking ticket. Then no doubt a 3-4 hour queue for the wristband like last year when something similar happened, always a fun way to get the festival started!

it's not flawed. flawed would be much more catestrophic than not having a ticket in your hand in april. flawed would surely be something more along the lines of taking money off you and having no record of your purchase and telling you to do one...

sit down. have a brew. wait a week. then only begin to start wondering where your ticket is.
