Getting private coach to drop off at Glasto site

I've booked a coach up to the festival this year for 30 odd people, a couple of them being MS sufferers. This may cause a bit of a problem if we have to drop off at Bath Showground and get another bus from there, due to the fact there isn't really much of a way to tell if either of them will need a wheelchair on the day.

Does anyone know if the Glasto office people would be likely to allow us to use to on site bus station to drop off and pick up from, if I ask nicely?

We plan on getting there early, leaving South Wales at 4:30am and getting picked up quite late on the Monday, so we shouldn't be turning up near to peak times.

get in touch with the festival office asap and ask if they will allow you into the coach drop off. They let friends of mine park a coach in 2007 so worth asking if they will let you drop off.
