Anyone ever done l.s.d at glastonbury before?

If so what was your trip like?

Iv never taken acid at glasto before but i did shrooms last year, that was awsome.

Load of my friends did it last year and said it was the best thing ever, all the colours and shapes.

Anyone got any good acid storys to share?

No, nobody has ever tripped at Glasto, have you not read your fine guide? Although, I remember a quote from Michael Eavis saying that he things somebody may have done drugs there once, but doesn'tt hink it happens anymore.

All i would advise is to take it during the day so it starts wearing off at night time

I had some last year on the saturday night and although enjoyed myself i couldn't get alseep all morning, so tried to get sleep during the afternoon missing alot of stuff i planned on seeing. Ended up getting next to no sleep and being well f**ked on the sunday evening, my other chemicals had kind of stopped working by this point at the festival so i spent my sunday as a complete mess, mind you the Verve did perk me up

2007 was my best year besides 2005

I've never had a bad one but I did see one poor guy so messed up on a bad trip (he thought he'd seen a train crash through the back of the stage during Orbital and witnessed loads of bloody and hurt people running away from the stage) that he packed all his stuff up and left

I tried to calm him down, I got him a cup of tea and told him he was fine it wasn't real, there hadn't really been a train crash, everyone was fine. But he'd apparently been sleeping on the railway tracks on site because someone (real or imaginary I don't know) had told him he could get a train off the site but then when one hadn't turned up (he'd actually seen a proper station and was convinced he'd actually bought a train ticket) he'd decided to come back and pack his stuff up and go. Poor guy, his head must have been in bits. I persuaded him to wait around for his friend but when he didn't show up he just asked me to tell him he'd gone home. His friend couldn't believe it when he came back to camp and I'm fairly sure he left then too.

Yeah i also kinda agree take it in the day, last year my friend was tripping balls in trash city when it was packed out at night, everytime they blow fire out of them pole things hed crouch down on the floor and hide him self, was well funny.

This combined with the weather thread has just reminded me that when I was a kid I thought acid rain was actually LSD in the sky. I got the impression due to a conversation I overheard my sister having with her friends about Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. I would have just been learning about the greenhouse effect in school.

If you are going to take acid at Glasto you had better be aware of the effects it can have.
