I always get a little chafing at the top of the inner legs that can be irritating  and always find my self re-adjusting around that area it can be very uncomfortable , does anyone else suffer whilst at Glastonbury with all the walking , what do you use ?

lanacane anti-chafing is avaliable at boots

costs about fiver tho but works as a preventative but also works if u already have chaffing, and its instant, im amazed, first time im takin it to glasto, used to take talc but that can get messy

Yep, I'm with Rufus with the long Johns idea... well kind of.

I wear snug, fairly long boxer shorts - works a treat! You don't wanna get that flesh on flesh action on a hot sunny day or it'll be chaffing galore.

Lose 5 stone is the best option ofcourse, but then I don't think I'll manage that before the festie unless I chop my arms and legs off... but I wouldn't have to worry about the chaffing then though would I.

I am of ample size.....

I use thigh length trollies which prevent all that rubbing malarkey!

But yep, longjones cut down are the best.....

also PH is essential as well. (not saying anyobody is not) Canesten is great to prevent any itching or redness a little higher in the groin area. Great for feet as well.
