best place to sell tickets?

I somehow managed to win a pair of VIP weekend V festival tickets (Chelmsford) on my local radio station without realising when I would be away on holiday that weekend (I enter so many competitions without expecting to win !)

I would like to sell them but can anyone tell me if they will have my name on them and would that mean I can't sell them, or would someone have to use my name ? Also where is the best place to sell them - I sell other stuff on Ebay so I suppose that would be my first option, but can anyone suggest others ?

I haven't got them yet as the radio station say they will be sent out nearer the date.

Another stupid question I suppose, but what is the difference between VIP and regular tickets - I wasn't really paying much attention to the radio when they were talking about it , and felt a bit stupid asking at the time.
