Rufus, I was in my local Sainsbury's yesterday and went to the cheese counter (of course!), and they have Cornish Yarg!

So, if you're in North Brizzle before Glasto, the store you want is this one, which is here.

I'm taking cheese - a chunk of halloumi to make (veggi) kebabs with, and a camembert which I plan to soak in water for a few hours (in box) and the put on a BBQ to be used as a fondue kind of thing.

Both (with other stuff) are going to be my meal on Wed night.

At the Wickerman festival I had a 15 pound block of mature cheddar that I cared for in the kitchen I was working.
