I don't think Glastocheese

glasto%20cheese.jpg

exists anymore tbh :D

You used to be able to buy it in lumps/truckles and in freshly made bagguettes various for munching locally from the Info Stand by The Meeting Point opposite Leftfield but not last year. The last truckle I bought on site didn't actually manage to make it home AT ALL never mind in one piece mind you despite leaving it until late on Sunday before buying it :( Doesn't appear to be listed on Barber's website any more either. Unless anyone's seen it being sold locally recently, I have a sneaky suspicion that it might well have been dropped a year or 2 ago B)

Kinda weird but it's the one and only thing I actually miss when at Glasto - the sneaky wandering off to the fridge for a decent sized lump of cheese to munch on ! I know you can get Blue Vinney on site but I'm not that keen on it. A bit of poor man's Stilton and all that. Haven't seen anything else half decent on sale though.

I am not taking cheese to Glasto this event.

I may buy some whilst in there and I will find it.

However dairy based products and cider, whilst nice on a summers day at the pub, do not go down to well with violent shaking in your tum tum to some hard house or trance......

I have now purchased a ltr of ruby port, and selected (will purchase closer to the time) 3 excellent cheeses to be munched upon at the cider bus/stone circle come a week on Wednesday

Yum yum yum

I love you

I have just spent a small fortune in a deli on cheeses that will "keep", as well as some continental sausages, and shedloads of olives.

I hope I can contain myself
