Hey congratulations and good luck! I had an email yesterday saying that I'd been selected for an interview for a job I'd applied for too. It said that assessments and interviews would be held on Monday the 29th and Tuesday the 30th. I got onto the HR dept pretty damn quick and requested a lete slot on the Tuesday. Yaaaaay!!

Still you should be alright if you don't overdo it on the last day. Hopefully you'll be buzzing after glasto and come over as someone briming with energy and enthusiasm!

That's really cruel of them. I did a tuesday 6am-6pm last year after the fest and all I wanted to do was shut the office door and curtains, turn off the PC and cry.

Can't you develop some sort of family emergency over the weekend - or do they already know where you'll be?

A few years ago I had to wait 14 weeks to get a driving test date... the Tuesday post festival. The examiner asked me to parallel park and I burst into tears. Needless to say I failed that one...
