Adding a picture to your thread

Could someone please give me a basic run down on how to add a picture to a thread your making, not a link to a pic, but the actually picture ,

Any help would be much appreciated

use image button (5th from left on fast reply). the image has to already be on the net somewhere so if it's your own, upload to photobucket or somewhere.

just put [ img] and [/ img] either side of the direct address to the picture (without the spaces)
