Nearest parking to Pedestrian Gate B?

This year my pals and I have agreed to camp at Big Ground, where some of them have camped in previous years and seemed to like it.

Looking at the maps and GlastoEarth, I can't see a "best car park" to aim for in order to get the shortest hike with our gear to the chosen spot. It looks like Pedestrian Gate B is the ideal place to enter the festival, but the nearest parking to that seems to be onbstructed by some "out of bounds" areas, walking around which look like making the walk much longer.

I'm sure someone here will know which car park I should be aiming for! Any wise words?

you only get the choice of east car parks or west. once you're in the car parks the stewards will shepherd you into whichever car park they're filling up at the time.

the earlier you arrive the closer you will be to the gate, but the longer it will take to leave (usually, last year i was parked 100 yards from the gate and it took me less than 10 minutes from starting my car to getting off the site).

for gate B you'll need to be in the east car park.

Thanks for the info pezzypops, last year we were in the West car parks, not too far from Pedestrian Gate A, and getting out was really easy.

Looks like it's a trade-off between ease of getting the right car park and ease of getting from the car to where we're camping!
