First Glasto Festival, will I cope?

This year is going to be my first time at Glastonbury, and really can't wait. I am however a little nervous!! and wondering if I will cope.

I have been to V festival for the 3 years and camped, really enjoyed it and loved every minute, but glastonbury seem a big leap!!

Corse you'll cope, its a fantastic place and as the post above says, ask anyone you see for advice and they'll be more than happy to help you.

Yeah, it's a big leap indeed, but a fantastic one. I have a hard time persuading people who haven't been before that it's the greatest festival on Earth.

I always say that when you big something up to someone who doesnt know they are always dissapointed because you make it sound so good and their expectations are then very high.

The only exception to this is Glastonbury - whenever we take a newbie it is guaranteed they are never dissapointed, no matter how great you say it is it will always be even better.

...I brought a few glasto virgins to the festie in 2007...this year they bought their tickets before me! To be that enthusiastic after the weather we had in'07 pretty much proves that the festival is beyond compare!
