Make your mark at Glastonbury

Hi guys, this is a bit of a plug, but it's for a good cause!

Save the Children have launched a campaign called Make Your Mark, the idea being to create a giant petition of thumbprints to take to world leaders at the G8 to make them keep their promises on child mortality.

Nearly 10 million children die each year before their fifth birthday, mostly from easily preventable diseases such as diahroea. Save the Children are asking people to help our global campaign to put pressure on leaders to keep the promises they made in the Millenium Development goals to cut this figure by 2/3 by 2015. Currently the world is massively off track to reach these.

Anyway, there's going to be a big stall where people can add their thumbprint to the petition. The stall is really cool - it's a giant lantern! And there'll be fun stuff for kids to do too. So if you're passing by, drop in and make your voice (or thumb) heard!
