me and a mate of mine r going glasto. will are bags be checked for alcohol. i assure u i will have no glass bottles. it is in cans. im just worried we will have it taken away. i asked my friends and some say i will get in and others say maybe i will. any help would be appreciated

It's not possible to check every person who goes into the festival.. The stewards only check the tickets.. there may be police around who could possible check your age, but again, this is unlikely.

I doubt you will be checked, I never have. Would also be very surprised if you were they asked for ID. No one can confirm it for certain here but it's not worth worrying about
