Band merchandise.

I've been to lots of festivals before but am under the understanding that Glasto is a LOT bigger than T or V.

So how does the merchandise work? Is it the same, as in the tshirts for certain bands will only be up on the days they play? And is there a stall near each stage for the performers that are on it?

I didnt really notice any stalls selling band t-shirts etc, sure there were, more likely to get them off e-bay after the festi!

Yeah im sure there were them there, but i was not really looking for them to be honest!! Far too much going on!!

Yeah they have the usual setup at the front left of the Pyramid and Other stages but only do a band's stuff the day they're playing. But seriously, why buy an Editors shirt when you could get half a dozen balloons up at the stone circle, a fistful of glowsticks or some random stick with a big carved wooden head on the end for the same price?

why would you want to get band merchandise? overprice shite garments made by children in a dimly lit hovel in asia? no thanks... you can get official glastonbury merchandise which has been ethically produced but none for specific bands.

There's 2 official merchandise stands (that I know of anyway!) selling band/general Glasto merchandise, one is towards the rear left (if your facing) the Other stage, and the second one is on the left hand side (if your facing) the Pyramid stage, just next to the info point.

The merch changes each day, selling stuff of whichever band is playing that day, but they sell t-shirts etc of the main headliners all weekend long.
