Car park woes

Hi all,

Turns out my mates car's knackered and we'll end up taking mine. Trouble is it sticks out like a sore thumb and I'm embarrisingly precious over it. Are there any secure car parks off site with security, or is security good enough in the official carparks these days?

Should be fine in the main car parks.. I don't know much about cars, but know that friends' expensive cars have been fine in past years. Mud on the other hand... if you have issues with mud then that's another thing altogether!

You`ll be suprised at the cars that do turn up, some very expensive cars. I take it thats what you mean.

I`ll be taking a trailer this year so don`t worry about it.

We`ll all be sh*tting in the same hole once inside.

There is a small park and ride approx 1-2 miles from the west car parks. Costs either £20 or £30 for the weekend and is manned all weekend.

I drove last year, and was actually quite taken aback at the quality of most of the vehicles in my car park. I drive a '95 Golf, and that stuck out by being pretty much the crappiest car there - by a long shot. There were some very, very nice cars there keeping each other company

The carparks on site are partolled by police & security, I doubt very much any carparks offsite are going to have any better security
