Going alone at the last minute...and scared!

Hello,

My boyfriend has decided after much umming and ahhing that he can't go to Glastonbury as he is too ill! I've been so upset all day that I haven't packed yet and I'm scared!

I know I sound like a wet lettuce but is Glasto really ok to go to on your own?

Will i look like an idiot on my own?

Anyone else going on their own and any tips?

P.s. I'm a glasto virgin!

Yeh, that all sounds good! I'm a bit shy! Does anyone know where is or if there is an official meeting place for people on their own from efestivals? I see people suggesting times and places but don't know if these are just ideas or actually happening!

Don't worry - I've been going on my own since 2000 and I've never had any problems. There are lots of friendly people about and such a lot to see and do. Have a great time.

I'm excited but terrified! Hope i can find my way.. and yes, i was worried about putting up my tent, haha!

I will head for the triangle then! Better start packing! My train is at 8.44..eek!
