A wind up radio for worthy Fm, pretty cool.

A foot pump,

Wellies,

Wet wipes x3

Caffeine & Gluccose tablets.

Crisps and various munch.

Also i heard someone say something about rehydration tablets or sachets?? what are these called and do you reccomend them?

Also I'm leaving at about 7.30 - 8ish tommorow morning, Do you think this time is any good travelling from london?
