Saw Matthew Horne walking about, Jarvis Cocker go past in a van plus the Maccabees

Also walking back to my tent one day a land rover was coming down the hill, moved out the way only to notice a rather fetching beard in said vehicle. The beard was connected to Michael Eavis :D

Gave him a wave as he went past :D

Russell Grant watching Ray Davies

The Drummer from Alabama 3 in Shangri-La (Did they play any where?)

Rob Da Bank talking to those Stilt people that walked around

Ed Byrne in Greenfields

James Blunt talking to some ladies in that massive Dance dome in Shangri-La

and I'm not sure but I think I saw Tracey Emin in full hippy gear selling fruit juice in Crouissant Neuf, completely off her trolly - can anyone confirm this?

I saw what I thought was a couple of transvestites in blonde wigs and ludicrous fake lashes. I've since discovered they were Lily Allen and Jaime Winston.

Having lunch in the 24 hour breakfast cafe near Holts and Don Letts walked in and sat down. Got a photo with him and had a brief chat - nice bloke and total legend.

Saw Phil Jupitus walking round near the Circus Tent.

I was working on the vehicle gate where all the performers came in, so saw many many blacked out tour buses with names of bands on the front. People would get stupidly excited, I just kept thinking, Its a bus. so bloomin what.

Did see a few actual flesh and blood people though, argued with a Macabee (couldn't tell you which one, those skinny indie boys all look alike),various other skinny indie boys, Little Boots, Prodigy, Bruce Springsteen (5 buses not enough, he had to come in a seperate car), Wiley, (argued with him too), Pete Docherty being driven off site looking, frankly, awful. I've never seen someone who wasn't dead look so bad. But I think my personal favourite was a very 'tired and emotional' Russell Grant being driven off at about 3 o'clock Friday morning. Think there were a few others but cant remember

I saw:

The lead singer with Pama International during Ray Davies's set at the Acoustic Tent on Friday night. I was going to go up and tell him how much I enjoyed their set but (1) there was a woman talking rather animatedly for the whole time and I would have felt like I was interrupting (2) just when I'd got up the courage to do so, some little scrote puked on me and I had to go and wash it off and change.

Mitch Benn on Sunday after his slot in the comedy tent, well we bought one of his cds and signed it for us so it wasn't a random spot.

But the best one was- Billy Bragg on Saturday morning, down at the bottom of the Kids Field!!!

was sat next to the lead singer from bombay bicycle club outside dance east when dreadzone were on. i wouldn't have recognised him, (despite seeing them in the tiny guardian lounge the day before!) but my mate was all excited. he was with quite a big group of friends though so didn't say hi :)

i've never seen anyone else famous. i'm so bad at spotting people!
