Realistic wishlist for 2010?

I hope Shpongle for headlining Glade on saturday, maybe Gong underneath them even though they played this year. Jefferson Airplane/Starship would be amazing, if unlikely.

Unless they release something new at the start of next year, I doubt the Stone Roses would play.

I'd want U2 to play headline, so that I could go somewhere else

I would like to see led Zeppelin, U2, Pink Floyd, Santana, A longer set by Steve Hillage, Hawkwind, A Jimi Hendrix tribute band, Killers, The Who, Rolling Stones, Neil Young again, a reformed Traffic, Moody Blues for Sunday afternoon, Fleetwood Mac, Beatles ?. My mind has just blown a fuse.

two or three great bands a ticket and plenty of time too wander round and soak up the atmosphere, its all well and good having every band you love playing but sometimes the bands get in the way of the festival but a David Bowie appearance would make me ecstatic, would love to see Wilco, Why? and Hilltop Hoods aswell

Wishlist - not all headliners!

U2- Saw them few days ago in cardiff and it was one of my favourite gigs of all time - The stage and the atmosphere was fantastic, set was well paced. Few reasons why I see them doing glasto -

The european leg of the 36O tour was shorter than they have ever done, the new album is quite a strong one and they could have a number of songs to promote, so potentially it could stretch until next summer after their US / world tour

Paul McCartney - Currently touring the US and doing incredible 'springsteensque' sets of 2 and half hours and 35+ songs. Pontentially this could be his last tour; Its too late to schedule UK gigs for this year but summer 2010 would be perfect for some huge shows.

Radiohead - Obvious 40th Headliner

Arcade Fire - A religous experience in 2007!

Crowded House - Neil Finn current tied up with 7 worlds project with guests including Johnny Marr. Their new album tracks have been written. After the reception they had last year wouldn't suprise me

if they get a slot on acoustic or sunday Pyramid - Great party band with sense of humor and loads of great melodies.

Rolf Harris, Billy Bragg, Lilly and Keith Allen, Hawkwind Should all get a slot for their services to the festival at some point or other
