hobby123
no coverage of streets or Q-tip either... shocker
Robbie_D
Ive just watched Sundays on TV on Demand on Virgin. And they played a few from Prodigy, Breather And Firestarter I think. They never showed Blur - Tender, which I'm bit gutted about. Or even the crowd singing it before each encore, which was even better.
Bobs
I wanted to save a few Vids off BBC for my iPod, and ffs they skip out half of Blurs songs! And alot of Spingsteen, Im in shock. Terrible coverage.

ministe2003
watched the "Best Of" last night, when it should've been called "who's in the charts and happens to be at Glastonbury this year Of" and ten minutes of some effing slappers talking about "fashion" WHAT THE HELL!!!!! Statik
Some of them acts you just want to re-live on your screen while being there. I would love to watch the full set for Prodigy again, however we only get 13 minutes on the site (sod a highlights package), no Q-Tip either who I thought was great. Just a shame since it was a fantastic set.

Mardy
f**k it, who cares about the BBC coverage, I was there, experiencing it. Reducing it to something on your telly is never going to work, it's for people who couldn't get themselves there, I was having the time of my life on a sunny farm in somerset, I'm not really going to give a toss what the BBC decides to show to people sat at home on a Saturday night. jamestheraver
At least its better than ITV's coverage of isle of wight, but then thats not that difficult
ministe2003
Is neil young not allowed to be shown in highlights? Blur and Boss have been in but neil hasnt even been mentioned. Would explain the IOW botch up
Messi30
Neil Young was shown at one point (only caught Rockin in the free world), think they showed as much of the ting tings tho.
epping2ongar
also there seems to be no footage of the Jazz world stage this year...

Icewulf
Click on here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/glastonbury/2009/lineup/ And you can get almost all the artists' sets... I don't know why everyone's having major problems
benissright
If the BBC arent showing a full set of Blur, Bruce or Neil Young, it is not their fault. What i found annoying was driving back listening to radio 1 "someone has texted in asking for some bruce springsteen, sorry we arent going to play that!" followed by Zane Lowe doing his best to pretend he was John Peel and ignoring the fact completely that Springsteen even played the festival. Instead proclaiming x and y and z and everything else, was so absolutely incredible.
Nyika
The BBC restricted the prodj to 13 minutes cos of swearing, how silly!

fantomas
From what I've seen of the TV coverage and also all the stuff on the website I actually think the BBC were pretty good this year. A little more JazzWorld would have been nice, but overall I liked it.
zlatan
They've (unsurprisingly) cut Stagger Lee from Nick Caves set Pity as it was one of my festival highlights.
