I caught them tonight and they were such fun. The huge NME stage and the big crowd-band gap will drain some of the stuff they did (constant crowdsurfing, a dance-off, the lead singer hugging the fans in the last song) but they are such a high-octane blast of fun. Properly funny stage banter too.

Was planning on checking them out. Bought their album purely because their name cracks me up and was pleasantly surprised. They sound a bit like Billy Talent.

You shouldn't try and put people off like that, these are actually quite good. Although I do kind of see what you mean with the guys voice, which is odd as it's the one thing that really annoys me about Billy Talent

You couldn't find a better band to start the festival with. When I saw them a few months ago it was the most fun I'd had at a gig in a very long time. I've told every one I'm camping with they have no choice but to wake up in time to see them. You need to experience the pure awsome of a Dananananaykroyd show

Hopefully its not as bad as first thought or they can find a replacement drummer or something. Luckily they're coming to Swn Festival with the mighty Los Campesinos! so I'll get to see them then.
