I love The King Blues, having discovered them at the Last Night at the Astoria party in London a few months ago. I'm going to a small festival called 2000 Trees this weekend where they're headlining, can't wait. Will be interested to see how their set differs between 2000 Trees and V.

I absolutely LOVE these guys. Was meant to see them at Glasto but came over really ill and had to miss them. I wanna see them more than any other act at V (apart from The Specials)!!

Just listened to the second album ain't heard the first and its ok, nothing amazing, starts off sounding like the Kooks a bit I think, and a little bit like the Streets almost on some of the album best part is the middle, tracks 6, 7 and 8, they're great

I was at the Astoria for the last night too and the King Blues were awesome, definately catching them at V, gutted I missed them at Glasto

Well, I just got back from 2000trees, a small festival where The King Blues were one of the main names there. Was right at the front, they did a fantastic performance and I will DEFINITELY be seeing them again at V. I will also make sure I check them out on their tour in October too. Can't wait, and I would highly recommend them for people to go and watch.

As a side note, British Sea Power and Red Light Company were also both there and I believe they're at V too. British Sea Power - didn't know much of their stuff but they put on a good show. Red Light Company - was watching them in the background and they only did half an hour set, but they sounded pretty good too. Neither even come close to The King Blues though
