anyone got a full guide on how to jailbreak an iPhone?

Where can I get the free Apps?

Is it easy to restore back to normal? Or infact can I do this? Will it void my warranty?

I found the "appsync" program did the trick for me, you can then drag and drop and sync apps via itunes

If your a jailbreaking id say black rain is the easiest.

but not if you do a complete DFU restore beforehand, which is what I did. and I had to send my phone back to apple because I had antenna problems.

Just noticed the volume button on my iphone has gone ,must have just fell off, is this a common problem with them, might have to take it back to the shop

Does Cybia always take a few minutes and says loading data? Is this normal?

I want to download the sat nav apps! but dont want to do it on my phone as they are like 1gb in size.......... if i have the ipa file downloaded to my computer how do i put that on my phone?

I cant seem to work this out!

Just noticed that there's a load of lonely planet guide books going free in the app store ATM. Volcano sale!!

Best application - mine!

Ok so its not the best application but I have written an app. I know its kinda against board etiquette but hey I'm up for a bit of shameless self promotion (well I do have a decent post count).

Dragon Dictation will never work with me propely! Even when im wearing the hands free.

Just download Chaos Rings today *free of course* it is excellent! Deffo would recommend it, however it drains your battery!

There is a free(!!) Telegraph World Cup app, with fixtures, tables, results, news stories from The Telegraph, team news etc ... first impressions are it looks pretty good.

Its a tech demo of the new unreal engine for iphone, and its f**king impressive. gamers in particular will be very impressed. I imagine it looks even sweeter on the retina display of the iphone 4, but even on my 3gs it looks beautiful.

anyways, just incase iphone owners havent seen my post in the photography thread, check out Pro HDR from the app store. If you know what HDR photography is, you will love it. If you dont, look it up - and then you will love it. Best £1.19 app I have ever bought.
