Glastonbury 2010

Hi there!

I've been 2 T in the Park twice and next year im going to give Glastonbury a try! I am looking forward 2 it!

Just a wee question, National express run buses from Glasgow dont they? What sort of price are we looking at and also do they run buses 2 get you there early gates on the Wednesday!

I think it was around £85-90 return and they didn't leave till the Wednesday night, getting to the site for the Thursday morning.

Best bet is to fly down with Easyjet from Glasgow - Bristol. If there is a few of you then getting a taxi to the site from the airport works out a bit cheaper. Or there are buses to get you there.

Even better option is to fly down the Tuesday, get to Glastonbury town and camp/b+b for the night as there is a big meet up every year on the Tuesday night. Then it's a short journey to the site in the morning

was thinking bout glasto aswell next year will probably be luxury intead of T

but i would also head down from glasgow so cheers for the help and advice.

I hoping to head down from Glasgow as well, trying to do it as cheaply as possible so we'll have to forgo comfort. Thinking of getting the megabus to London on Tuesday night and then bus or train from there. Considered flying but didn't fancy the cost of it with all our luggage
