Does anyone know if seetickets will let you change the name and address details on a coach and weekend ticket?

Id like to change my friend Emma's ticket to be in my name, problem is, i dont look much like an Emma for when they read out the names and hand out tickets!

Wouldnt have this problem if it wasnt for the colossal schoolboy error as detailed in a previous thread!

Call them, explain. I'm sure they'll be happy to help you. Just make up some really shitty excuse of how it all went wrong.

I called them the other day. (Don't call from a mobile, had about £20, was left with £6!!) The guy on the phone was more than helpful to me, they're nice people ;)
