It certainly looks as though ticket sales are on their knees and I guess the organisers are giving away thousands of tickets so the arena isn't half empty.

Personally I'm quite happy that it doesn't seem to be selling well. The same bands are playing, it just means a bit less of a crowd. Which is a good thing I think.
