V - Makes the world small

The world is getting smaller.

Met a few good friends virtually on this site and then had the pleasure of meeting them at V, it just shows the world is getting smaller though.

Last year went on holiday at the same time and place and Andy Net and Leslie, my daughter was talking to their children, in Wales!! rocked up at V a few weeks later and I was behind them in the que, which ws also a few places back from Bekimo.

Year before last, walked into the Arena and bumped straight into a group of friends from Bolton.

Was scanning through some pics of a school friend (from Bolton) on Facebook last night, who should crop up on his pictures, only bloody Rachel and Mad4it Jo from Swansea!! now whats the chances of that

Well back in 2002 when I was at Staffs Uni we decided to do V again, this group included my mate Baz who was on the music course and he nearly convinced the boys from Pilot (a uni band we'd played a gig with) to come. They didn't and about 5 years later they played V - they are now called The Editors!

Some of the best moments you can have at V are meeting randoms, and some of the people I'm going with this year are ones we met a few years ago at V.
