donkatoot
Hey..............back up a little with the pessimistic predictions!!!! Even if metcheck was correct, the rain only beings on Friday night - so a relatively dry start to the festival. Besides, given the chastising of the Met Office yesterday over the "barbeque summer", I think we'll leave the weather predictions until nearer the time!! And I've always found the weather conditions pass me by at the Black Isle Brewery bar..........can't think why???
Paul ™
Yeah the weather will change before then, Metcheck had Wickerman spot on but that was only the day or so before it... it did change several times before then
Da_J_Doc-~
Metcheck can't be trusted, i'm sure a couple of years ago in the lead up to rockness or T or some other festival it said there was snow scheduled.
Paul ™
I've found them to be much better this year and every festival I've done so far they have had spot on in the couple days before it BBC are rubbish
pinkartstudent
I generally dont pay attention to the weather forcasts, they were wrong for the majority of Rockness weekend. One i read for next weekend says it is improving.

pinkartstudent
im prepared for mud this time, swapped a pair of shoes for wellies at Rockness after struggling to get through the mud in ballet pump style shoes
captain bullseye
i usually find accuweather are pretty good, and they're saying there'll be a bit of rain but the days leading up to it look good so hopefully not too much mud for the campsite
