it's true you don't get a wristband this year with non-camping just two stubs.

I had non-camping tickets in 2004 and 2005, and they had no wristband and were just two stubs. I thought that's the way they've always been?

Also, got my tickets this mornin'! pleasantly surprised, they normally come bang on 7 days before for me

Dunno about 2004 and 2005 but in 2008, 2007 and 2006 you've had one ticket to be exchanged for a wristband - a different colour to the camping one but it allowed you to go in and out of the arena - handy to get to the cash bars but otherwise not a problem. It also meant once you had got your wristband you didn't have to have a ticket to lose for Sunday! That's my main reservation about this year - and if it rains like last year I can see my ticket being a soggy mass for sunday! Will probably spend Saturday checking and double-checking my ticket for Sunday is still safely stowed away!
