Defo looking forward to the new album. The 4 tunes i heard from this one are top. I actually liked The World Is Yours even if it was a bit long. Career spanning set would surfice me, should be above Maximo Park, is a travesty he isnt.

Very Speical Guest indeed.

Should massivley be headlining the radio 1 tent, he has played V 2 of the years I have been and missed him both times, 1st year i wasnt in2 and had not even heard the roses album (was young and reckless lol) and last year Muse were playing and loved it. Just watching his Glasto 05 set and hoping for some stuff like that, some roses but if he plays Time Is My Everything will be made up

I'm well up for seeing Ian Brown :-) I have seen some footage of him on youtube doing Waterfall, I Wanna Be Adored and She Bangs The Drums so hopefully he will do some of them. I think theres a fair chance of a few Roses classics as he is mainstage at a Festival so will want to get the crowd going as much as possible (well I hope he does anyway lol)

The thing is, looking at his festival setlists last year, he only seemed to do one Roses song (was always either Waterfall or Made Of Stone) and when he played T and V he had a set that was presumably longer than what he'll get at Leeds.

I hate to be pessimistic, but he'll play somewhere in the area of ten songs and he's had plenty of hits on his own so I guess he'll try and cram in as much as possible and maybe throw in one Roses classic.

Mind you, as She Bangs The Drums mentioned (great username, may I add :D ) it is the 20th anniversary of the Roses debut so he could do something special for it.

Gig ended suddenly and crowd booed but hey, was all fun, took over 150 pictures so will post some tomorrow. Spies didn't do their jobs properly methinks!
