The over 30's club!

this ones for all you 'older' V campers, which me and my mates fall into!m (actually mid 30's!!)

say hi and make us feel like we arent going to be the only ones our age there!

I hit the big 30 this year and there are plenty of people in camp efests who are over 30 aswell

Don't worry mate me and my mates are all over 30 (only just though!!!). There's always plenty a lot older so it's a good festival for everyone.

I seem to recall dancing with a group of ladies ranging from mid forties to over 60 when the Proclaimers were there a few years ago. It's amazing what 'I'm gonna be' can do to you after a few sherberts.

We are in a big group with ages ranging from 20 to almost 51, so I wouldn't be concerned!

I'm 36 and my wife is 43!

The last festival I went to was Reading in '94 (the mighty Nirvana played) and my wife has never been to one before!

I'm 38 and my Mrs is 22, she keeps me feeling young. However her taste in music is totally opposite to mine. She is so looking forward to The Saturdays, N-Dubz etc but I will endeavor to get her to see Ocean Colour Scene and Goldie Lookin Chain.

I am 42 and hubby 43 - this will be our 3rd VFestival - and we can't wait. did the Hop Farm festival last month with our two girls (9 and 4) but this one's for us!!

also going with friends in their mid 30's and my nephews girlfriend who is 23 so we have a variety of ages going - i think that's what makes V so good.

Not long to go now!!!!

I'm 33, 34 in October and it's my 4th V Festival. Least us oldies will be able to actually remember some of the older groups like Human League, The Specials and even James.

This is my last v in my 20s, I turn 30 the week after! My 10th v, wow I wasnt even 20 at my first! My boyfriend is 32, our mate is 40 and my brother is 24 so a little range there but we all get on brilliantly! No difference between the eldest and youngest here! Cant bloody wait god, just remembered a 16 yr old girl camped next to us last year... Decided to call me mum for the weekend... That didnt go down well!!!

39 on Sunday never felt to old to go to any festival.Really up for V this year.

I reckon the Average age at V is 30. Deffo more 25+ than under I'd say

We've got a group of ten going, all won VIP tickets (woohoo!) - average age 34.

I've been going to V since 96 and I can't wait for this year.

Elbow will make me smile (and probably cry!), rain or shine...

The first year we went we played a bit of a game, trying to spot someone younger than my son (12) or older than me (44) - it wasn't impossible, but not easy either (although obviously some might have just been better preserved than me!)

I'm 38, went to my first V in 2004 when 33. Majorly regret not discovering festival till in my 30's!
