I'm calling bullshit on this one right now. Have they even played any gigs yet?! It's only 3 weeks til the festival for f*ck sake! Also where would they play? If word got out that's who's in the band (I would hope) and tent would be packed out!

But yes. Dave Grohl = win. The other two are just the icing on his cake of awesomeness.

Hmm an overhyped talentless band who have produced some dodgy pop songs with hooky choruses to sucker in joe public and have NO crossover appeal. Or a band made up of 3 musicians who are actually credible and aren't just a bunch of pop stars from Leeds.

Ill see them solely if there is nothing else on that i want to see.

I have both their albums on my Ipod and saw some of their set in 2006. As far as I can tell they bring nothing to the table that seperates them from the likes of Razorlight and Franz Ferdinand who were also sorry excuses for headliners. They are the musical equivalent of Peter Kay comedy, throw in a few obvious observations and british pop culture references and morons think you're a genious. They don't sound any different from all the other bands who have been flooding the "indie" scene for the last 5 years. So no, they don't have crossover appeal, nor do they deserve any.

All.

They would have to play on Arctic Monkeys day for the fact that Josh is playing with eagles of Death Metal.

Yes they would instantly pull a hell of a lot of people because quite frankly Dave Ghrol = God.

It would be awesome if they could play Leeds festival on the Thursday night although the whole festival would end up ther like! and then They could possibly play reading on the Sunday somewhere else.

What do you think?

I think I would just be awesome if they played never mind anything else.
