I emailed them this morning and they have just replied saying that they have all been processed but most haven't been sent yet

They are being sent in batches from now until next wednesday and if they haven't arrived by next Friday to contact them

Me and 9 mates won our tickets, we have to collect them on the day! How scary is that? I'll be having a nervous breakdown at the very least by then...

I called Ticketline on Tuesday because I have recently moved and was worried that I would not get my tickets even though I have paid to have my mail redirected.

The lady I spoke to told me that the tickets started going out on the 3rd of August and if I had not got mine by tomorrow to give them ring.
