Last year i had a tent that was 2000mm waterproof and thankgod i had it, It rained the whole weekend.

But I'm wanting to get a bigger tent this year, but the tent i have found is only 1500mm waterproof...

Do you think it will be ok.. will it withstand the rain that we will no doubt end up having???

Should i just stick with my smaller hight waterproof tent or chance it with more space ...

Or you could buy waterproofing spray (from all good camping shops) and add more waterproof-ness if the weather forcast looks bad

We used a cheap argos tent with 1200 at Staffs last year and was totally dry in the downpours.

your tent will be fine just watch for it getting wet with what goes on inside i fell asleep with a can of beer in my hand last year sleeping bag was soaking

Think its been drier than staffs for last 3 years!!

But with you on the beer thing mate!! I can relate to that sorta shit!! ;]
