Can anyone help me.... I have ordered some camping tickets for Chelmsford and am starting to panic that the company aren't actually real!!!

They were purchased from "The Ticket Site" - has anyone else purchased any through them or has anyone heard anything about them....?

Please help... couldn't get to V last year and will be gutted if I have been scammed this year!!!!

I have never heard of them. Site looks a little dodgy to me. But you could be lucky I suppose. I assume that you have attempted to contact them? Most of the ticket vendors have said that it can take up to 15th August for the tickets to arrive. But I wouldnt wait that long if I were you!!

It still never ceases to amaze me how many of these " i am worried this company is genuine" kind of comments crop up.

FFS the Reading/Leeds official website quite clearly states the OFFICIAL places/websites selling tickets yet people still use dodgy ones, its not hard to figure it out from the prices for a start that these other sites charge that it is a big big risk as to whether or not you will get your ticket, if in fact it exists at all. Also over inflated prices are the first sign of rip off merchants .

Sorry but if you choose not to buy from the official vendors then you run the risk of being very dissapointed.....i don't know how many times people have to be told this...

The whole point of me putting this on here was just to find out if anyone had used this company in the past and what result they had... Did they receive their tickets?? Or if anyone else had used them to get this years V tickets and if theirs had arrived yet!

At the end of the day my friend knew she was paying over inflated prices, that's not what the issue is here.

I must say this does look a little dodgy, website site doesnt look very professional, and you can still buy tickets? (would be suprised if they had any at all)

Only going by what I see, personally I wouldnt have thought twice about buying from another site which hadn't been recommended by the offical V Festival website, not sure why anyone would, obviously V are dispatching tickets to the outlets so how would any other site get thier hands on any? Should be a bit more careful next time!

For your sake - I hope it is official and hope you do recieve your tickets.

Good Luck
