Ticketmaster ticket probloms

Hi guys,

I work at Ticketmaster and i can say that the tickets have started to be posted out.

They will be sent by secure mail services courier (also known as dx).

This particular courier service may post the tickets through the door if noone is in to sign. Only if it is a secure property. I.e not a block of flats or shop.

The tracking numbers should be available from monday/tuesday.

why do ticketmaster state that the tickets have been dispatched 5 days ago when they clearly havent, I am also in the same boat as the tracker states tickets dispatched 10th August. I spoke to a guy at ticketmaster who was very helpful, he stated that from what he can see tickets have been dispatched but was unable to say who were delivering them. he says he will call me tomorrow to advise. To Keesee46, could you explain how seetickets customers have had their tickets for a couple of weeks now and ticketmaster still havent got theirs out.

what goes on with phone orders with ticket master? I mean, i ordered over the phone, the money came out my account and i phoned to check it was all legit but theres no online tracking as its over phone + no emails to say theyve been dispatched or anything.

How can i check up on them?

When they say they have been despatched that just means they have been counted in and checked. This is when a "printflag" is showin on the account. Some employees get this mixed up with them being despatched.

They are usually sent out shortly after but it is up to the promotor as to when we send them out, not ourselves. Sometimes the promoter may say stop sending tickets out as we want to check something.

Or they may just not want us to send them out till a lot closer towards the day because of touting etc.

If you book over the phone it wont appear online because you didnt book it on your online account. We only get the tracking number a day or so after it was sent out.

Best to keep phoning and asking for a tracking number around 5 days before the event.
