Mate, you will EASILY get her in. it's easy to get in the campsites without wristbands anyway but on the last night when the festival is basically over and there is thousands of people walking into the campsite....you will have no problems, i have done it many years. Whats the worst they can say? No....

Go for it

You what!?! you worked hard to pay for your ticket so she cant sleep on the campsite when the festival has finished because she hasn't got the right wrist band, people like you give festivals a bad name, i think you should give yours to her and you stay at home you miserable git!!

I had a mate who came to Reading just to stay in the campsite - they didn't have a ticket at all. They weren't there to see the bands, just to enjoy the craic of the campsite. They had no problems whatsoever... That was a couple of years ago though. Not sure it would be so easy now and I can't speak about V as this year will be my first time there. V virgin. :P

its easy at night when the bands have finished there are litrally thousands going into the capsite, the security staff just make you raise your arm if your friend is relatively short she will get thorugh no problem. Last year I got in no problems at all doing this and I'm 6ft 1 the security didn't notice me not raising my arm as I passed through with the masses.

If that doesn't work there will holes in the fences she could sneek in or even under.

I dont understand why people are condemning people for a girl staying 1 night in a field without paying.

This is my 2nd V and 6th festival overall. In which I have camped at each one, because I paid to camp at each one. But I have also been to gigs where it has been hell to get back from or am desperate for someone to do me a favour so I can get home.

If she wants to stay 1 night then I dont mind. It is not like she is camping the whole weekend. She is there for like 10 hours asleep. Chill winston. I understand people getting annoyed if the campsites were hectic on the last night because of it, but people said they leave sunday night anyway so it isnt causing any hassle at all. Hope you do manage to sneak your friend in.
