Tickets stolen in post!

Yep my tickets have got stolen in the post! Well one has, and another one has had the end torn off and stapled back on. Meaning only 3 people can now go out of 5. Which in my case is really bad.

I know you can't be that careful when it comes to this, but i hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. I also bought my tickets from ticketline.

Anyone think i can get more?

Not sure. Ticketline's policy is no refund or replacements for tikcets damaged or stolen unless V Festival organisers themselves (no idea who they are, or where to contact them) agree to give us replacements which i cant see happening.

Please take care of the wristband/s at all times, they cannot, under any circumstances, be replaced if lost, stolen (even with proof of purchase), damaged or destroyed. Wristbands are not transferable and are personal to you. Treat them as you would the £152.50 you've paid for it/them!

I know what your trying to say, but i feel this is the agents fault not mine. Anyway, good news! The agent has said that the ticket with stump ripped off is fine and have also said they'll replace my ticket if they find it's their fault after investigating it.
