I have just got a ticket through the post for the secret garden. Virgin Media are giving them out.

Has anyone else got one or know anything about what it is?

last year the "Secret garden" was just a little garden area that you got into with a wristband that was free, nothing special in there, another bar, outdoor patio style seating and nicer toilets. Nothing that special at all if its the same again!

I got one this morning too , Lucky it is the same thing as last year that you texted freebie for, so nothing special just 2 free pints

They don't normally do these in advance, wonder if you can still apply via text on the day like in previous years? Have managed to get wristbands every 3 years, and it isn't much to write home about at all but the loos can be slightly nicer and you can sometimes have a shorter queue- although last yr they were as bad, and about as long as in the main arena.

Could be quite useful for early Sunday but not much cop for Saturday, as i will be more or less pinned to the v stage, which seems miles away from the union tent, which according to the map, the "garden" is next to. When they say 2 free pints, does that mean i will not be allowed to have wine? I bloody hope not

Its really pathetic, I contacted Virgin Media last night asking how you get Hidden Garden tickets and their response was to check out the V festival twitter page.

Why didn't they just give me the link on the previous page, shocking

I have looked further into it and you need to have registerd the number when booking the tickets. Aparently there was a box to tick but I must have missed it. GRRRR!!!!

My mum (who hasn't ordered tickets) had the text through from virgin with the website and I filled the form in using my number, haven't heard anything as of yet.
