I think the line up is pretty good. But besides that I always think festivals are a lot more than just the music

Here's the positives

Off work on Friday and next monday...4 day week and long weekend

winnebago (I know we all don't have these but all are welcome) 2 drink minimum

good music

nice friendly atmosphere

Drinking

nice food

time to chill

What's there not to like?

Okay rain, mud but come on..That's what ponchos and wellies are for...roll on friday

Well i met Noel Gallagher on Saturday and told him i was hoping for a stomping set on Saturday night - we'll it was something like that as i was a shaking wreck as i walked him round ewood park...i've met loads of famous but i really was star struck!!!

So hopefully my little imput will put towards a cracking set!! i cant wait!

Every single year we get the haters shouting about the line-up, and every year I have a great time.

If you want more metal, go to Bloodstock, you want more beats, go to Creamfields.

You want some decent class guitar bands that'll put a chill down your spine and bring a tear to your eye (Elbow and Snow Patrol for starters) and some world class dance acts (2manydjs alone are worth the entry fee in my opinion lol), come to V. Just leave your moany face at the gate m'dear!

I read this & chuckled but then thinking about it...how would a 'marmite blowjob' work? I'm assuming you don't like Marmite but like blowjobs? hmmm couple of things to spy on this picture, number one what ground you can see looks nice and dry and well recovered from last year phew!

also I notice they have put down the sheeting on the floor which they had in 07 but didnt bother to put down in 08. As we look at the picture do you think where the sheeting is is the backstage area or the front of the stage?
