hi mate,

ive been to T and Leeds and ive noticed the following.

Entrances - it takes alot less time to get into Leeds compared to T, this is because they dont operate the stuping scanning system that they do at T, this reduces queues alot at both the entrance to the campsite and entrance to the arena.

However they are stricter with searches into the arena at Leeds (its alot harder to sneak drink in).

CAMPSITE

quite similar, many different colours, quite zones and notoriously loud zones, the campsite entertainment at Leeds is much better than T.

Arena

Less stages, mainly down to it being three full days, alot of bands that would play main stage at T will play NME stage at T, many bands that will play nme tent at leeds will play king tuts at leeds, however this means there is less clashes as the bands are spread out alot better.

Apart from having less stages it is quite similar to T, the layout is similar, lots of food stalls (the food at T is much better though), not as many fairground attractions either.

The barrier at the main stage is much better at Leeds as it is further back, meaning you can always get in and dont have to queue but still keeps it safe.

The bars in the arena are much better at Leeds, cash bars and offer alot more than just beer, cider and wine

everything else is quite similar, if you enjoy T and manage not to constantly get lost you will do fine at Leeds.

The crowds seem to be a bit rowdier at T than Leeds, theres probably about 80% of people at Leeds who will be drunk most of the time, at T its like 99%

Hope this helps
