Anyone got their viatoutout ticket yet?

Just curious is all as to how FR's new bedfellow viagogo is shaping up.

I have the two tickets I got from seetickets, and every other mate I'm going with who ordered through the official channels has got theirs too. However, there is one who ordered off Viagogo a few weeks back, as well as one of my uni mates who ordered off there for Leeds (stupid, as weekend tickets for that are still on sale to this day). Neither of these two have seen their tickets yet, and are getting a little fidgety with everyone else getting theirs.

So I'm just wandering if anyone knows anyone who has got there's yet? I understand that Viagogo may take a while longer as once the ticket arrives to the tout from see/tm etc, they have to contact Vgogo who send a prepaid special delivery thingy to have it sent back in. So, I guess we're looking at a few days there. Then, once the tout has sent the tickets back to viagogo, they have to send it on to you, so I guess another few days there too. So I guess as long as the original ticket is received by the tout by Thursday this week, you should be good.

If anyone is actually worried, I've done a little digging as I'm sick of my mate whining in the pub. Viagogo say on their site that they expect Reading tickets to be dispatched (by the promoters ) the week of the 17th (IE this week). Now being official partners and all, I assume they would of known that tickets were actually sent out from the beginning of last week, and were just giving the long end of the estimate. However, If my mate doesn't have his order tracker change by Wednesday, I'm seriously gonna tell him to ring these 'official' touts up. They say you should ring them by Saturday 22nd, and I can only assume if something's up by then, they will make you collect the ticket in town or something. Doubt they'd refund the ridiculous £8 delivery fee they charge though!

My optimism says being official, FR may well have put aside a number of emergency tickets that will be sent to any viagogo purchasers whose original tout has failed on the deal (they'd rather get you through their gates and have you spend money there, than have to refund you a stack of cash that's for sure). Either way, this should not be allowed next year. I was originally for it, stating supply and demand and all that jazz. However, if tickets don't arrive in time, and the clowns start messing people around, then Benn needs to seriously rethink this!

If your theory is correct I dont see why they should have some tickets left over to give to people who were offered tickets that dont exist....

But i do agree viatouttout needs to gogo.

Without getting myself angry by entering into the whole Viagogo (scum) rant, I would like to contribute to this topic by advising you that my girlfriend's sister ordered from Viagogo and received her ticket late last week.

Without meaning to be too insensitive, I hope there's a catastrophic cock-up and that each and every one of them gets ripped off, forcing FR to scrap the scheme.

And for what it's worth, nobody I know has got their unofficial tickets yet either.

I havent received my leeds ticket yet, so whoever bought my leeds ticket listing that i put on viagogo, definitely hasnt received his yet.

Also your comment about there still being tickets available for Leeds is totally untrue. I was looking for around 3 month on see/ticketmaster/ticketline and there were none available for my m8 whos coming back from australia to go (luckily we managed to get one for face value of ebay, which has already arrived before my ticket BTW [NOT IMPRESSED]) and none have been available in that time.

I'd actually feel the same, however Reading will not be the same without our mate who's foolishly bought off there, hence my interest in the subject.

I've also got mates in the same position. I've genuinely said to them, and this is a direct quote "I'll love it if you make it, but to be honest, you deserve to get f**ked over, and you know it."

It's a wonder they still want me to come along

Still nothing from either mate whose bought through this shit site. One of them got an email telling them to ring up 'two days before' if they haven't received it yet (changed from this Saturday). f**king joke if we have to f**k around Thursday with him hunting down his ticket.
