karlosfandango Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 Rang ticketdisaster again tonight re the whereabouts of my 2 tickets for weston on saturday.... 1 - couldnt give me a tracking number 2 - couldnt trace me on the courier website 3 - told me it was royal mail, then it wasnt, it was in fact the courier supposedly delivering them (see point number 2?!) 4 - couldnt tell me the exact date they were sent, just that they were printed august 3rd! 5 - didnt know the whereabouts of my tickets ???????? 6 - couldnt speak to the "envelope stuffers" until tomorrow because they had gone home 7- advised me that they would call me tomorrow afternoon (how long does it take to ring the department next door at 9am?) with an update. IF YOUVE NOT GOT YOURS, AND YOUR ORDER IS VIA TICKETMASTER, RING THEM, THEY ARE A SHOWER OF SHITE! AND IF YOU DONT, YOU PROBABLY WONT GET YOUR TICKETS/WRISTBANDS! I received my 2 on Saturday but everyone else that we're going with (about 15 others) haven't received anything yet!! If they have been lost in the post they will surely have to replace them as they obviously won't have been signed for at you house..
