Just got both my wristbands in the post. One is already done up, the other the clasp is broken! Trouble is and yes I know, I got them from Seatwave! What can i do?

I should imagine there will be a place at the festival you can take your broken/already done wristbands on the friday as this seems to be quite a big problem especially as from what ive heard the packaging is just an envelope

Cheers guys, even order confirmation from Seatwave????? Will this be enough as it isn't one of the ticket distributers that they recommend (obviously!!).

I would get onto seatwave and request the booking from the seller to be 100% sure. That way they cant argue when you go and have it replaced. They should be able to provide the original booking reference surely?

And looking at the comission/fees seatwave charge I would definately expect them to help you out the thieving gits.

Gate 1 with ID and order confirmation, apparently they replace them there.

I read on another thread tho that someone was told that if wristbands were broken they were null and void!!!!

Would assume you'd be ok as Seatwave are advertised on the Virgin Media website

right, got the full receipt from the guy and he got from Ticketmaster. So I called them up and gave them his reference number. They said the same as you Skizz, you go to Gate 1 and they will exhange, he said you don't even need confirmation just the wristband and they will change it. But best to take confirmation just in case.
