Any ideas? Got the tracking number, royal mail have the item in their system but it is working its way through..... ticketline customer service utterly useless will NEVER use them again

any ideas?

Can the tickets be honoured in any ither way if they dont arrive - ie showing proof of purchase at the gate?

please help! family desperate.

I had a similar story, was given the tracking code by ticketline, but Royal mail had no trace of ever receiving them, after a bit of a fuss this morning, ticketline went back to the mail room and found 10 envelopes of tickets, and dispatched them. Now mine are coming tomorrow, so fingers crossed for you!!
