Got the tracking number, royal mail have the item in their system but it is working its way through..... ticketline customer service utterly useless will NEVER use them again any ideas? mike46 Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 I had a similar story, was given the tracking code by ticketline, but Royal mail had no trace of ever receiving them, after a bit of a fuss this morning, ticketline went back to the mail room and found 10 envelopes of tickets, and dispatched them.
