I for one had the deposit I didn't expect, slow returning of this deposit, no working hobs, was shouted at, had rude emails, non-mataching sets of keys. And I was luckier than some (I had hot water). Please email any details how you were treated, including any photos, copies of rude emails etc. I've bought up danespfib.co.uk and danespfib.biz and will put all information gathered on these sites to hopefully avoid anyone making the mistake of booking with them next year. The accommodation was fantastic once we got in considering what we have to put up with in UK festivals. But I have to emphasise once we got in... 5 hours after starting Queuing! (in saying that a number of fellow brits did no favours drinking outside and heading in seemingly looking to start trouble) Dont know if making a site is the right way about things though. For one if you do it anomynously asking and only asking for bad feedback your giving a bias view. Or could even make a few porkies up. I certainly don't want to paint an untrue picture of their service. The apartment was mostly OK. But I do want people to be aware of what they face, i.e. so that if they are happy to use them and pay the deposit, do so in advance etc. I resent that you think I'd make things up. Especially as there seems little point when I have genuine concerns. That is exactly why i want peoples comments, so it's not just rumours. And I am also going to Watchdog. But the problem is that they are not an English company, therefore I don't have the same channels open to me. And they cannot be held to our laws.And I can't read the Spanish consumer websites!
