Sim182
Fifth time at V this year (and unlike some of the moaners on here it WON'T be the last!), and it's only really just hit home that we're going tomorrow. So, we've still not got tent pegs. Milletts want something stupid like £6.50 for 10, Argos don't sell them, and living so close to Weston Park, Tesco's has been completely wiped out. Any advice? Also looking for one of these trolley type things, do they actually do the trick? I'm getting old before my time here, but I really can't be doing with lugging crates of beer across a field. How much are they and where do I get one from? Oh yeah, does anyone have some sort of time machine to go back a few days and actually be well prepared? orbette
I know that the Poundlands in Birmingham are selling tent pegs in packs of about 8. Maybe the ones by you are too.

Rachelle84
I bought a hand trolley from B & Q for £18 this week, tested it out last night and it withstands 2 crates, food, tent, chairs. Bring on the weekend!!! http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?acti...p;isSearch=true

Don't care if the ground's too bad to bring it back, so long as it gets the beer and other consumables to the campsite in the morning, jobs a gud 'un! What time does the campsite open!?
