DragKnuckles
As a subscriber to Little White Lies magazine (I recommend it to all by the way!) I have some information from page 22 of this fine mag: "We've got an awesome line-up [at EotR], including ex-cover films Mesrine and Let The Right One In, alongside pre-release previews of Le Donk, ATP, Three Miles North of Molkom and The Cove. We're going back and revisiting three of our favourite docs of the year - Encounters at the End of the World, The Age of Stupid and the brilliant Smells Like Teen Spirit - as well as introducing the kids to some Miyazaki and Pixar classics. "There's also an exclusive event with filmmaker Stephen Frears and Future Shorts are returning for a second year with a dream-like selection of films inspired by "Adventure"." I am especially excited about The Cove - about the 23,000 dolphins slaughtered each year in the inlets of Taiji, Japan...hopefully raise some "awareness" eh! SweepingTheNation
I've seen the ATP film on a big screen - it's tremendous, slightly confusing unless you catch on early to the editing style but the performances are up close and mixed excellently and there's all sorts of odd stuff (Bowlie Weekender, Lightning Bolt and Daniel Johnston playing outside their chalets, 1970s clips of Iggy and Patti cut into their contemporary clips)
